Ranchers' Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon
    4 to 5 potatoes, diced
    1 onion, diced
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Fry bacon; remove from pan.
    Fry potatoes and onion in bacon fat.
    When potatoes and onion are done, add eggs.
    Stir until eggs are cooked.
    When served, add bacon on top.
