Broccoli Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2 eggs
1 stick margarine
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake in a greased, iron frying pan at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until brown and firm.
