Buffet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    chopped parsley
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. light or heavy cream
Preparation
    Pare potatoes and cut lengthwise in strips as for French fries.
    Place potatoes in center of a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil fitted to an 8 x 8-inch square baking dish.
    Dot potatoes with butter.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper, parsley and cheese.
    Pour cream over.
