Meringue Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white (beat stiff)
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    4 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix egg white, sugar and vanilla together; add nuts.
    Take out and put on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Turn oven off and leave in stove for 1 hour.
