Congo Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 3/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. shortening
2 1/4 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Mix shortening, eggs, and sugar together.
Slowly add dry ingredients.
Mix well then add chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla.
Pour into greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
