Jeweled Fruitcake Miniatures - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. apricots, cut up
    1 c. red maraschino cherry halves, drained
    1/2 lb. green candied pineapple, chopped
    3/4 c. Gold Medal flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. pitted dates, cut up
    2 1/2 c. Brazil nuts, chopped
    1/2 c. green maraschino cherry halves, drained
    1/4 lb. red candied pineapple, chopped
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Place baking cups in a muffin pan.
    Spoon batter into
    each cup.\tBake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes or line 6 miniature loaf

    x 5/8 x 1 1/2 inches with aluminum
    foil; grease.
    Divide batter among pans; spread evenly. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
