Fresh Peach Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped peaches
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. plain flour
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Sprinkle peaches with lemon juice and set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients, adding flour last.
Fold in fruit.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
