Sand Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. gummy fish
1 large pkg. vanilla sandwich cookies
1/2 c. margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. 10x sugar
2 small pkg. vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. Cool Whip

Preparation

Cream together the margarine, cream cheese and 10x sugar.
Set aside.
