Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
    1 stick butter
    Velveeta cheese
    1 individual pkg. Ritz crackers
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place vegetables in casserole dish.
    Cut up chunks of Velveeta cheese and place on top of vegetables.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Place in microwave until cheese is melted.
    Stir together. Melt butter in skillet.
    Add crushed Ritz crackers and mix well. Spoon cracker mixture over top of vegetables.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
