Apricot Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. apricot jello or 1 lg. pkg.
2 c. hot water
2 c. cold water
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 bananas (chopped)
juice from pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg (beaten)
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation

Mix jello, water; let jell slightly and add pineapple, bananas. Let jell. Blend juice, sugar, egg, flour, and butter. Cook until thick and add one 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese. Stir until melted and smooth. Let cool, then pour on top of jello. Very good! Makes large dish.
