Chili Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can chili without beans
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onions; drain.
    Add cheese (cubed) and chili.
    Cook over low heat until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
    Serve with crackers, tortilla chips (Eagle white corn rounds) or Dorito chips.
