Lemon Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut in serving pieces
    2 Tbsp. oil or margarine
    dash of pepper
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, garlic and pepper.
    Arrange chicken in a shallow casserole or baking pan; pour on the lemon mixture.
    Cover and bake 40 minutes or until tender, basting occasionally.
    Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer to brown.
    To serve, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Yields 4 servings.
