Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 eggplant, cut in pieces
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    3/4 tsp. salt
    garlic and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Panboil first 3 ingredients. Mix with the rest of the ingredients.
    Place in buttered casserole.
    Add more crumbs and cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
