Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs. Combine with milk.
    Sift dry ingredients together and mix thoroughly with milk mixture. Heat deep fat in heavy skillet. Pour batter through funnel into fat. Move funnel to make different shapes.
    If batter is too stiff, add milk. If too thin, add flour. When cake is golden brown, drain and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
