Saucy Budget Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless shoulder or chuck steak
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown shoulder or steak in preheated 425\u00b0 oven 20 minutes; drain fat.
    Reduce temperature to 325\u00b0.
    Combine water, catsup, brown sugar, Worcestershire and salt.
    Pour over meat.
    Cover; bake until tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
    Spoon sauce over meat.
    Can be made ahead, refrigerated and reheated, covered.
