Creamed Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. milk
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 small, chopped onion
    cracker crumbs or potato chips
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in salt water in saucepan.
    Drain.
    In saucepan melt butter, blend in flour, add milk, salt, pepper, and cook until thickened.
    Add onions to drained broccoli and then combine onion and broccoli to cream sauce.
    Beat until light.
    Place in baking dish.
    Top with crumbs and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and lightly browned.
