Crusty Cream Cheese Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 c. sifted cake flour
    6 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. cocoa
Preparation
    Cream together butter and shortening.
    Gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed.
    Beat in cream cheese until fluffy. Alternately add cocoa and flour.
    Add eggs.
    Begin and end with flour when mixing.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
    Remove.
