Creamy Apple Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow pudding cake mix
1/2 c. soft butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 large Red Delicious apples, thinly sliced, unpeeled
1 c. sour cream
1 egg

Preparation

Combine cake mix and butter. Mix until crumbly.
Reserve 2/3 cup for topping. Add brown sugar and cinnamon to this reserved topping.
Mix well and set aside.
