Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Shortening, softened
    1 1/2 c. Sugar
    2 Eggs
    2 3/4 c. Flour
    2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    3 Tbsp. Sugar
    1 tsp. Baking Soda
    3 tsp. Cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugar and eggs.
    Sift and stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
    Chill dough for 2 hours. Roll in small balls and drop in mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 min.
