Hot Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients together, then stir in the mayonnaise.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Brown the Ritz crumbs in the margarine, then spread the crumbs over the vegetable mixture.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes, or until heated through and bubbling.
    Serves about 8 to 10.
