1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. light cream
1/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix sugars, cream, milk and butter in saucepan.
Boil to soft stage or 238\u00b0, stirring only if needed.
Remove from heat.
Cool to lukewarm (110\u00b0) without stirring.
Add vanilla.
Beat vigorously until fudge thickens and loses gloss.
Add nuts. Spread in buttered 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Score; cut when firm.
