Peach And Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled and sliced ripe peaches (6 to 7)
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 basic single pie crust
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix peaches lightly with 2 tablespoons of sugar, then cornstarch and then the lemon juice.
    Roll out the pie dough and press into a 9-inch pie plate, crimping the edges. Arrange peaches around the sides, leaving the center for the blueberries.
    Toss the blueberries with the remaining 1 tablespoon sugar.
    Pour into the center of the filled pie.
    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until the pastry is golden and the fruit is soft and bubbly.
    Serves 6 to 8.
