1 c. quick cooking oats
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
raisins (optional)
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Set aside.
