Steak Stir-Fry On A Bed Of Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    steak (your desired size)
    1 small to medium onion (depending on your desire)
    1 bell pepper
    1 small jar sliced mushrooms (optional)
    1 regular size can tomato sauce
    rice
    margarine or cooking oil
Preparation
    Cut steak into strips and halve the strips.
    Saute onion, bell pepper and mushrooms in 2 tablespoons margarine or cooking oil. Stir constantly.
    Never overcook.
    When desired doneness is reached, put these ingredients in another container and put your stripped steaks in the container with the cooking oil or margarine. Cook until tender, constantly stirring.
    Add tomato sauce and cover for 15 minutes.
    Then add your onion, bell pepper and mushrooms. Cover for 5 more minutes.
    That's it!
    Start the rice to boil and lower heat.
    Upon completion, place stir-fry on a bed of rice.
