Buccellato(Easter Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 eggs
    1 lb. sugar (2 c.)
    8 oz. oil
    2 yeast cakes
    lemon or anise flavoring
    flour (to make bread dough)
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar and oil.
    Prepare yeast according to package instructions.
    Add to egg mixture. Add flour, a little at a time, until soft dough is formed.
    Put into greased large bowl or kettle.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Shape into desired forms.
    Let rise again until double in size. Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Be sure to grease tin before placing desired form.
