Peach Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh peaches, peeled and mashed
    4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. Fruit-Fresh powder
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. liquid pectin
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in 5-quart casserole dish. Microwave, uncovered, at High for 5 minutes.
    Stir well. Microwave, uncovered, at High for 15 to 17 minutes, or until mixture reaches a full, rolling boil.
    Stir in pectin.
    Skim off foam with spoon.
    Pour into hot jelly jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace.
    Cover with lids.
    Let stand at room temperature until cool.
    Store in refrigerator.
