Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen broccoli
1 onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil broccoli until almost tender and drain.
Put in casserole dish and add mushroom soup and mayonnaise, cracker crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper.
Mix all together.
Put more cheese and cracker crumbs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
