Yellow Cake(Scratch Cake; I Use For Coconut Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. oil (good cooking oil)
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 level tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sour or buttermilk
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    pinch of soda (1/4 tsp.)
    pinch of salt (1/4 tsp.)
    1 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Mix as you usually do, when making cakes.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until done.
    Use your favorite 7 minute frosting or the White Mountain Frosting from Betty Crocker cookbook.
    Eat and enjoy!
