Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. diced, pasteurized process cheese spread or 1 c. grated Cheddar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

In saucepan, cook celery and onion in hot oil until tender-crisp.
Combine soup and milk; mix with all remaining ingredients.
Pour into 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
