Strawberry Loaf Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sliced strawberries
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together.
Add eggs and oil, berries and nuts.
Stir until well mixed.
Pour into well-greased loaf pans.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
