Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg yolks
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. sugar
6 egg whites
1/2 c. lime juice
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Beat egg yolks until lemon colored.
Blend in condensed milk; slowly add lime juice and mix well.
Add cream of tartar to egg whites; beat until foamy.
Continue to beat and add sugar 1 tablespoon at a time until forms peaks.
Fold 7 tablespoons of meringue into filling.
Pour into 9-inch pie shell and top with remaining meringue.
Bake at 330\u00b0 until brown.
