Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
2 c. hot water
1 c. canned or cooked tomatoes
1 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation

Put chops in a baking dish.
Put rice over them.
Add onion and pepper; pour in boiling water and tomatoes.
Add salt and pepper.
Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
