Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            5 lb. bag leg quarters
 
1 big bag Doritos cheese chips
1 (24 oz.) mild picante sauce
3 (16 oz.) cans cream of chicken
1 (16 slice) pkg. cheese (Kraft)
green pepper or onions (optional)
Preparation
- 
                            Crock-pot will make 3 layers, depending on size of the crock-pot.
 
Boil the chicken.
Then debone it.
