Creamy Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 3/4 c. Cool Whip
    1 (3 oz.) box Jell-O (orange or strawberry-banana)
    1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Bring pineapple and juice to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in Jell-O until dissolved.
    Let cool.
    Take out of refrigerator and add the buttermilk and Cool Whip.
    Fold in until lumps disappear.
    Then add the nuts.
    Pour in an 8-inch square dish. Cool at least 4 hours.
