Broccoli, Rice And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) jar processed cheese spread
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked
    3 c. rice, cooked
    paprika
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in butter or margarine until tender. Mix with chicken and mushroom soups, cheese, broccoli and one cup rice.
    Grease a large casserole dish.
    Put mixture in dish.
    Top with remaining rice.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
    Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
