Oven Roasted Meatballs With Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 slices white bread, coarsely chopped
1 small zucchini (8 oz.), shredded
1 large egg white
1/3 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, crushed with garlic press
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 lb. lean ground turkey breasts
1 (16 oz.) pkg. whole wheat spaghetti
1 (26 oz.) jar pasta sauce
chopped parsley for garnish

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. In large bowl, with hand, mix bread, zucchini, egg white, cheese, garlic salt and pepper until evenly moistened. Add ground turkey and mix just until evenly combined.
