Dressing(15 Pound Turkey) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. parsley
1 1/2 c. broth
half of cooked giblet
1 tsp. salt
10 c. dry bread crumbs (3 white; 7 cornbread)
1 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. sage (fresh)
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation

Melt butter in large cooker.
Pour in onions, celery and parsley; cook until tender.
In large bowl, add bread, seasonings and 1/2 giblets.
Add cooked mixture to this.
Add broth to get desired moisture.
