Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium tart cooking apples, pared and sliced (about 2 c.)
2 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. Gold Medal all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Heat the oven to 350\u00b0.
Divide the apples between 2 (10 ounce) custard cups.
Sprinkle water over apple slices.
Mix flour, sugar, margarine and cinnamon with a fork until crumbly; sprinkle over apples.
Bake, uncovered, until the topping is light golden brown and apples are tender, 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes 2 servings.
