Zucchini Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 c. vegetable or Crisco oil
    2 c. shredded zucchini, unpeeled
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake in two well-greased/floured loaf pans for 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let stand for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
