Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 lb. sausage
    1 can sauerkraut
    1 egg
    1 large can tomato juice
    3/4 c. rice
    1 onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook cabbage until tender; drain.
    Carefully separate leaves from stem end.
    In a large bowl, mix hamburger, sausage, rice, sauerkraut, onion, egg, salt and pepper; mix well.
