Sugarless Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    12 packs Sweet \"n\" Low
    5 eggs
    2 cups flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1 (8 ounce) package dates, chopped
    2 cups nuts, chopped (any kind)
    1 cup raisins
    1 cup chopped prunes
    1 cup chopped dried apricots
    2 packages dried mixed fruit bits
    2 small jars dietetic jam or preserves
Preparation
    Cream margarine with sweetener.
    Add eggs one at a time beating well.
    Mix dry ingredients reserving 1/2 cup flour. Mix chopped nuts and fruits and add the 1/2 cup flour to them. Mix all ingredients together in a large container. Turn out into a ten inch tube pan or two loaf pans. Bake at 250 degrees for two hours and fifteen minutes for tube pans or two hours for loaves. Let set until cool before removing from pan.
