Chinese Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 cans cream mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    soy sauce to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef. Then add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into casserole dish. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven 1 1/2 hours or until rice is cooked.
