Fresh Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 small red onions, sliced thin in rings
    1 1/2 c. prepared Italian salad dressing
    1/3 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
    1 can (2 1/4 oz.) sliced ripe olives, drained
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Toss to mix well. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
    Yields 12 servings.
