Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 or 4 very ripe bananas, mashed
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and bananas, then combined dry ingredients. Fold nuts and bake in two smaller or one large loaf pan.
    The pans should be one-half full. Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
