Shortbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
2 Tbsp. vanilla, lemon or orange extract
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Melt butter until soft.
Add vanilla and stir, combine all other ingredients.
Mix with your hands.
Roll dough on floured surface into medium size balls.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
