Baked Luncheon Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can Spam or other luncheon meat
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix last 3 ingredients; spread on top of luncheon meat that has been sliced and placed in a casserole dish.
    Cover and heat for 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Remove cover and let cook 10 minutes longer.
