Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rhubarb, cut up
    3 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    5 Tbsp. cream
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 baked pie shell
    water
Preparation
    Put rhubarb in pan.
    Cover with water and cook 5 minutes. Drain.
    Mix egg yolks, sugar, flour, cream and butter well.
    Add rhubarb and cook until thick.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Top with meringue and brown.
