Vegetable Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can new potatoes
    1 bunch broccoli
    3 tomatoes
    2 onions
    2 zucchini
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 cauliflower
    1/4 c. clear olive oil and vinegar salad dressing
Preparation
    Place broccoli and cauliflower in water in a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole.
    Microcook, covered, on 100% power (High) for 5 minutes.
    Gently stir in potatoes, tomatoes (quartered) and wedged onions.
    Cover; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until nearly tender.
    Drain and cool slightly.
    Put cooked veggies on skewer.
    Add uncooked zucchini between veggies.
    Brush with salad dressing and grill 10 to 12 minutes.
    Brush with dressing as they are turned.
