Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can water
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 stick butter
    1 1/4 c. rice, uncooked
    1 chicken or 3 thighs, 3 legs and 3 breasts
Preparation
    Combine soups, water, butter and mushrooms.
    Heat and stir over moderate heat.
    When warm, blend.
    Remove 1 cup of mixture and set aside.
    To remaining add rice and stir.
    Pour mixture into 13 x 9-inch glass dish.
    Place chicken on top.
    Pour the reserved 1 cup soup mixture over chicken.
    Place in a 325\u00b0 oven.
    Bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.
    Makes 6 servings.
