Chicken Breasts With Bulgur Wheat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 (28 oz.) can cut-up, peeled tomatoes, undrained
    1 onion, coarsely chopped
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 lemon (juice and grated zest)
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. pimiento-stuffed green olives
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. bulgur
    2 lb. frozen chicken breast tenders, do not thaw
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a 5-quart Dutch oven or casserole, combine all ingredients in order given.
    Stir to combine.
    Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours.
